Regency Investment Group is an investment management firm that specializes in multi-family (apartments) real estate. The mission of Regency is to provide superior returns to our investors so that they can meet their personal financial goals by investing in real, tangible assets - real estate. Regency strives to find investment properties that will double our investors\' money in 5 years or less and that will return double-digit cash-on-cash returns during each year of ownership. Regency is a Colorado-based investment group and focuses primarily on acquiring real estate in the Denver and Colorado Springs regions. We are intimately involved in all aspects of property ownership, including property identification, assessment, acquisition, and management. Our investors are key partners in each transaction, and we strive to make them feel like the owners that they are by providing timely, transparent communications and answering any questions they might have. Regency Investment Group seeks to serve our investors, our community, and each and every resident at our properties. By improving the management, physical condition, and tenant base,we improve not only our property but the surrounding neighborhood as well. Our goal is for every one of our stakeholders to benefit from the properties we own and manage.
