She has an estate management background and experience of rural property sales & lettings, agricultural and residential landlord & tenant matters, compulsory purchase and the negotiation of access and rights over land. Sarah is a past president of Staffordshire Agricultural Valuers Association and past Chairman of RICS Matrics Marches.
