As an independent engineer, I have performed technical due diligence for over thirty-two solar power plants, construction monitoring and evaluated interconnection agreements. As an owner\'s engineer, I assisted clients with renewable project development activities including analysis of technological options for meeting stringent grid interconnection requirements, and preparation of the necessary documentation for permitting and interconnection. As a principal transmission planning engineer at SMUD, I performed transmission expansion studies, managed the generator interconnection process, and represented the company on transmission and renewable energy forums and regulatory committees.
