As a member of the Data Leadership Team, I led Titan Intelligence strategy and and development across 15+ Senior R&D leaders, overseeing squads of data scientists, machine learning engineers, product managers and software engineers to create and execute against a Generative AI focused roadmap that launched over 20 powerful AI data products that increased customer revenue by over $14 million and reduced time spent on mundane tasks for customers by 40% on average within my first year. Led AI strategy, roadmap creation, reqirements alignment and development with R&D senior leadership, engineering and data science to design and develop 9 new ML and GenerativeAI features for a brand new product line around marketing and call centers that is projected to generate 100m ARR over the next 5 years within a 6 months timeframe. Took ownership of end to end Product roadmap, strategy and development in my second year for multiple Pro Products and all platform Real-Time Communications products (telephony, sms and email) that generated over 1M ARR, shifting a history of missed deliverables to a consistent on-time feature completion for my squads. Led strategy, roadmap creation, reqirements alignment for my squads of product managers and software engineers to deliver of over 25 new product features into our new Pro Product to increase product adoption.
