About Sarah MacHicado
I am a product designer specializing in design systems with over 9 years of experience in Visual Design and Brand Design. I am passionate about user-centered design for emerging technologies, social impact, and education. I recently ended my contract role at Meta, where I was creating a design system for the Meta Wearables mobile companion app. In 2020, I was on my creative sabbatical where I took a year off to learn new technical skills, such as front-end coding and prototyping with Unity, and 3D Modeling with Cinema 4D.
