Conversations that boost connection, productivity, navigate strategy, all the things that create great relationships.My professional theatre background means I want to bring everything to life, my passion for NLP helps me unlock peoples learning potential and my Agile and Scrum training ensures I deliver what matters most, whilst always wanting to test, adapt and validate what I create. I am a results and evidence based coach, mentor and training facilitator that focuses on the practical application of skills.Alongside the training design work I do at AvatarJo, I frequently accept invitations to Lecture or contribute to learning design on a freelance basis, so feel free to get in touch to discuss a project.
