Sarah Lewen is the Founder and CEO of Carousel Fertility — an AI-powered patient engagement platform that supports women through the full arc of egg freezing and IVF, from the months before treatment through the years after retrieval, while reducing the administrative and communication burden on the clinical teams caring for them. women cycle annually in the US. The reproductive medicine is world-class, yet the experience around it — the information gaps, the silence between appointments, the absence of continuity once the clinical relationship ends — has not kept up. Carousel is built to change that, across three channels: D2C subscription, an AI-powered technology platform for Clinics, and through Employer Benefits. Sarah brings two decades of experience scaling healthcare platforms across both consumer and enterprise. As VP Marketing at SonderMind — a $1B mental health unicorn serving patients, providers, employers, and health systems — she built growth across B2C and B2B channels in one of digital health\'s most trust-dependent and clinically regulated categories. Prior to SonderMind, she was VP Product Marketing at Talkspace and held senior marketing roles at Amazon. Living through the experience firsthand, Sarah has been through egg freezing three times across multiple clinics. She has completed 50+ in-depth user research interviews with patients who have undergone fertility treatments across Spring Fertility, RMA, CCRM, Kindbody, Cornell Weill, NYU Langone, and more. Carousel is actively building clinic partnerships in the NY metro area and nationally. Introductions to reproductive endocrinologists, fertility clinic medical directors, women\'s health investors, and founders building in adjacent spaces are welcome.
