Maxtivity is a nonprofit community arts studio providing inclusive access to creative opportunities that strengthen the well-being, belonging, and vibrancy of Philomath, Benton County, and the broader region. Our programs are designed to amplify the unique assets and address the specific needs of the communities we serve, with a focus on lowering barriers for families and individuals often left out of traditional arts opportunities — including those marginalized by income, geography, race, language, ability, or identity.| ROLES + RESPONSIBILITIES |• Oversee strategic planning, fundraising, and community engagement to strengthen Maxtivity’s programs, impact, and long-term sustainability.• Cultivate partnerships with schools, artists, partner organizations, and funders to expand access to meaningful arts participation and creative experiences.• Direct day-to-day operations including budgeting and financial management, staff and volunteer supervision, and program development and implementation.• Champion equity, inclusion, and accessibility in all aspects of programming and organizational growth.• Represent Maxtivity in the broader community as a passionate advocate for the power of creativity and the arts.
