   Serves as the Lead Program Manager within the company’s non-profit entity, the Sodexo Stop Hunger Foundation. Helps manage cyclical fundraising ($2.2M), grantee partnerships, and performance initiatives for the United States. Builds and implements projects and programming to meet the Foundation’s strategic goals of ending hunger in the U.S, specifically in children and youth populations. • Administers the Stephen J. Brady Scholarship Program as well as the Sodexo Heroes of Everyday Life Employee Recognition Program. Includes application development, review/selection process (over 500 applicants), and honoree recognition of 5 National Scholar Winners and 5 National Employee Winners. • Directly manages the Sodexo Summer Meals annual grant programming in 12 U.S. cities. Specifically prepares community non-profit stakeholders, feeding sites for youth, and Sodexo account volunteer resources. Responsible for managing applications, reviewing documentation for compliance, analyzing KPI data, and grant reimbursement management. Program has served over 1.5M meals since 2017. • Active participant in Foundation Board meetings, which include Sodexo Segment and NLT Leaders. Prepares and delivers presentations, Board member recruitment/onboarding support, and record keeping. • Manages KPIs and prepares reporting (to meet audit standards) from grantee partners, analyzes year-over-year progress, and implements changes depending on stakeholder feedback, balance of need, and return on investment.• Manages vendor cause marketing relationships (give back of sales programs) with global food and beverage companies and helps solicit/secure large gifts to help fund the Foundation’s annual grant-giving budget. • Helps manage internal/external communications for the Foundation. Includes internal Sodexo audiences to involve Market Segments, EBRGs, and employees within all levels of the organization.
