Responsibilities:Project Management- proposal review - client management, meeting schedule outlines, meeting setup, prep, and presenting - meeting agendas and minutes - tracking hours, staffing, and project workload projection - managing facility standard finishes, proposing revisions and alternates, and coordinating with in-progress standards - coordination with consultants and their drawings - coordination with facility project managers and project timelines - overseeing team tasks, project deliverables, and benchmarks, set cartooning, internal progress reviewDesign Process- FGI review, project scope discovery, programming, space planning, and test-fits (and/or) reviewing and charette test-fits by others - survey and creation of existing conditions,(and/or) review of documents created by the team - rendering creation and editing (and/or) managing and reviewing renderings by others - finish scheming and review with stakeholders, final finish boards or documentation for owner record - furniture selection, specifying, bidding process - page turn meetings and final detail review - permit processing and AHJ meetings - submittal review, management, and tracking - punch review and follow upHealthcare Specialty - coordination with product reps for appropriate selections - finish consideration for EVS, Infection Control, and other parties - staying up to date on new materials and healthcare-focused material research
