Responsible for leading all aspects of human resources including employee relations, development and training, labor relations, policy design and implementation. •Provide counsel to key functions and management in the areas of organizational effectiveness and development, employee relations, and talent management. Deliver day-to-day performance management guidance to business leaders (coaching, career development and disciplinary action when necessary). •Partner with Union representatives to foster a positive relationship •Manage and guide team of direct reports. •Manage department budget, tracking expenses and reporting discrepancies. •Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements relating to employment and employee relations, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
