   I manage and oversee the creation of Nurture\'s hybrid interactive/linear “adventures\" to ensure that they meet the highest standard of learning design, gamecraft, and storytelling.Specifically, I- manage and drive the content roadmap- oversee Nurture\'s content library to ensure that our content is genuinely delightful and deeply good for kids- manage a team of writers, game designers, producers, artists, and animators- consult on matters of child development, safety, well-being, and learning- consult on Nurture’s product and app roadmap- fulfill the lead producer responsibilities outlined below
