Delivered exceptional bedside nursing care on a 29 bed general Intensive Care Unit at this 336 bed hospital in Downtown Seattle.\\\\n\\\\nCared for patients with a variety of diagnoses including medical, surgical, pulmonary including COVID and other ARDS patients, cardiac and neurological.\\\\n\\\\nComfortable caring for POD 1 heart surgery and stroke recovery patients. This is a stroke center and open heart surgeries are performed here.\\\\n\\\\nCharge nurses have commented on my ability to manage busy and sick 2 patient assignments with a calm and organized demeanor. I work well independently and as team player. I make sure to ask for help when appropriate and seek clarification when unsure.\\\\n\\\\nPatient safety is my top priority and I am comfortable working with the multidisciplinary teams in any setting.
