About Sarah J. Ritter

I\'ve always been fascinated by how people and systems work—which is what led me to study cultural anthropology before beginning my career in tech at Microsoft. I spent the next decade orchestrating Windows 7, 8, and 10 launches across global markets during Microsoft\'s transformation from on-prem to cloud, pioneering demand generation programs, and quantifying new market opportunities that became entirely new product categories.Anthropology taught me to notice the invisible systems that determine how people think and act. Technology taught me to design systems that scale those insights. That combination—nurtured by a coveted liberal arts education—has shaped how I lead with curiousity and conviction ever since.As the founder of Tribute, I learned what it takes to build from zero to one—with enterprise customers that included Microsoft, Coinbase, Zillow, Sonos and more. Now, at Workato, I\'m working on special projects to launch new agentic products faster.I\'m an early AI adopter and serial tinkerer—I use Claude daily and experiment openly and responsibly. When not working, I enjoy reading, meaningful conversations around the dinner table, and boating the Puget sound with my husband and two boys.
