   As the Recruiting Lead, I lead the recruiting function to successfully attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent for multiple departments across the business. I work closely with stakeholders and partners across the entire organization to optimize the recruiting function. In partnership with the VP, People, support and drive the strategy of the recruiting function Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across the organization with a strong focus on tech and business operations Partner with Hiring Managers to understand scope of role and candidate profiles, and advise on sourcing strategy that may include nationwide searches for potential talent Manage the recruiting process, including application review, conducting candidate screens, coordinating candidate interviews, facilitating debrief meetings with hiring managers, and delivering on candidate and hiring manager follow-ups, resulting in meeting hiring milestones on time Proactively source and maintain a robust pipeline of professional talent, leveraging social media, online media, virtual events, and professional organizations to promote the Caribou brand to a diverse group of talent Evolve talent acquisition strategies and enhance our processes in partnership with stakeholders across the organization. Own and manage the recruiting function’s ATS, ensuring that the data is accurate, the processes flow correctly, and that users are able to leverage the system appropriately Influence key stakeholders and partners by leveraging data to drive insights, recommendations and action. Uphold and strengthen diversity & inclusion hiring practices to ensure we attract diverse candidate pipelines.
