She achieved Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) certification through to Master Practitioner level and served on various committees for the Institute of Directors (IoD), latterly as Chair of the Leicestershire and South East Midlands branch. She was a Fellow of the IoD for many years and passed the following courses with distinction: •Strategy for Directors •Leadership for Directors •The role of the Director & the Board Sarah established the IoD\'s Young Director Forum in the East Midlands region, encouraging young entrepreneurs to meet and share their experiences. She acted as an independent member of The University of Northampton\'s Audit Committee for 8 years and continues her connection at the University as an External Associate at the Centre of Sustainable Business. During her career in law, Sarah secured the first Judgment in England and Wales against an energy company for harassing a client. The case appeared on the BBC News and Watchdog.
