WORK HISTORY
Founder & Director Legal Search & Career Advisory @The Found Group
NZ
I run a boutique legal search and career consulting practice working with lawyers and law firms across New Zealand. My work is grounded in trust, transparency, and real conversations. I support lawyers to make career decisions that genuinely feel right rather than rushed or transactional, and I partner with firms who value long-term fit.For lawyers, I provide independent guidance around career direction, timing, and next steps, whether they are quietly exploring options, actively planning a move, or simply needing a trusted sounding board. For firms, I deliver discreet and thoughtful legal search services, with a focus on technical capability, culture, and long-term retention.I primarily specialise in private practice legal roles across a range of practice areas, supporting lawyers from early career through to senior associate, special counsel, and partner level. This approach was recognised at the 2025 Sourcr Awards, where I was named New Zealand’s Legal Recruiter of the Year based on verified client and candidate feedback.

I’m the Founder & Director of The Found Group, a legal search and career advisory practice.I work closely with lawyers across New Zealand, supporting them through career decisions with honest, confidential advice. That might mean helping someone think through timing, direction, or whether a move even makes sense at all, rather than pushing roles or rushing decisions. My focus is on real conversations and long-term fit, both for the lawyers I work with and the firms I partner with. If this approach resonates with you, I’d love to hear from you. s••••@foundgroup.co.nz 02••••••37
