Boston, MA, US

As the Chief Development Officer, I serve on RefugePoint\'s executive leadership team managing global fundraising/development efforts and leading an incredible development and communications team. RefugePoint partners with refugees to access life-changing solutions and transforms how the world supports them. We do this through a three-pronged approach to achieve impact:(1) Direct Services: Providing services to meet the needs of refugee individuals and households— supporting refugees on a pathway to self-reliance and helping refugees seek safety through resettlement and complementary pathways, such as family reunification or labor mobility.(2) Field Building: Supporting other organizations to accelerate and expand programs for reaching refugee populations, including through the Refugee Self Reliance Initiative (RSRI).(3) Systems Change: Influencing policy and decision-makers to drive large-scale change.
