ABOUT SARAH HARRISON-LEVER
I’m a Design Manager with over 25 years’ experience in interior design, delivering complex workplace, hospitality, leisure, retail, and residential projects across the UK and internationally.My career spans interior architecture and experience-led design, with a strong focus on design leadership, coordination, and delivery from concept through to completion.Through my interior design background, I’ve worked with global clients including St Regis, Hilton, Crown, Channel 4, EA Games, WeWork, and National Australia Bank, contributing to award-winning projects across Europe, Asia, Australia, and the Middle East.Alongside my interior design practice, I lead a selective strategic foresight and trend insight studio, exploring how emerging cultural, behavioural, and design shifts will shape the future of interior environments.I also hold qualifications in solution-focused hypnotherapy and have a strong interest in neuroscience and human behaviour, which informs how I think about focus, creativity, decision-making, and experience design. These perspectives support clearer thinking and more considered outcomes, particularly at senior and leadership level.Based in London.
