About Sarah Hanson
I am the Director of Business Performance at Gallagher\'s Human Resources & Compensation Consulting practice. In this role, I direct CRM pipeline and project data management to highlight performance trends, identify collaborative opportunities to improve results, set goals for improvement, and track progress through real-time metrics and data modelling. As part of this role, I direct front-end user training for the CRM platform, guide lead generation scoring and strategy, and liaise with the Strategy Team to develop, execute, and measure strategic objectives and initiatives. I also head our practice’s business and proposal development, and I work with both our marketing team and company leadership to promote brand consistency and awareness in the marketplace. I have an MA from The University of Chicago and a BA from Gustavus Adolphus College. When I am not working, I can be found practicing yoga, rock climbing, exploring other countries, and telling really bad puns.
