Manage a team, overseeing day‐to‐day program management, training programs and site management. Perform staffing functions such as selection, training, and/or evaluation within the department. Supervise, coordinate, and analyze accident prevention data received and provide quality reports to reduce injuries in each port area. Utilize and code manpower utilization data using various web experience management systems and analytics platforms such as Oracle and WebFocus. Collaborate with Labor Relations to make sure the grievance machinery in place is followed for training related issues.
