I launched and manage our HubSpot Certified Trainer program at HubSpot, which enables our partners to create education in all the ways that HubSpot Academy does — through leading facilitator-led training, localizing Academy education, and creating online courses hosted in the HubSpot Academy app. Our guiding belief is that our partners hold the most valuable information and expertise to help our diverse and global user base be successful. We want to help our partners use education to grow their business, just like HubSpot Academy has done for HubSpot.My superpowers include: managing ambiguity and change; an innate ability to define, simplify, and solve complex problems; an intuitive sense of strategy, prioritization, and risk identification; and a high sense of personal accountability, which means you can really trust that I\'ll get things done (and that I\'ll also push others to never settle). I love building new things and enjoy problem-solving and bringing clarity and organization to chaos, complex, and hairy problems. Give me a problem and I\'ll see through the noise and identify the root issue, the opportunities for moving forward, and provide you with a clear plan on how to make it happen. I am incredibly detail-oriented and don\'t worry, as a seasoned project manager, I\'ve thought of all the things that can go wrong in a project and already have a plan b, c, d.When things don\'t go to plan, I\'m able to quickly reassess and create a new action plan to move forward.Fun fact: I have worked in both an office and remote setting. In 2016, I was one of the first 100 employees to be fully-remote at HubSpot and have been working remotely ever since.
