ABOUT SARAH GORNALL

Looking for someone calm, wise, creative and knowledgeable? I help clients explore new thoughts, see things differently, and make good decisions about the way forward- An experienced executive coach, I work with leaders and managers in public, private and voluntary sectors on strategic planning and prioritisation; team building and getting the best out of their people; communication and influencing skills; succeeding in times of transition, challenge and change- Training and group work is bespoke, focused on the needs of the organisation- Committed to the development of the coaching profession, I support other coaches with supervision, mentoring and training and have been a Director of the UK chapter of the International Coach Federation since 2014: currently President- I draw on a wide range of coaching models, management styles and learning approaches as well as years of personal experience of leadership and management, often in highly accountable roles. This includes over 4 years as Chair of the Board at St George\'s Bristol and 5 years as Director of Bristol Education Action Zone- I hold a Certificates in Coach Supervision, Team Coaching, and Team Coaching Supervision: Advanced Diploma in Performance Coaching, Diploma in NLP and Certificate in the Psychology of Coaching and am accredited in Strengthscope as well as being a qualified MBTI Practitioner- In my work I aim to help clients grow both personally and professionally; overcome challenges and achieve goals; build individual skills and organisational strengths – and have a great time doing so!
