With over thirteen years of experience in process engineering and continuous improvement, I am passionate about helping teams and their agencies achieve more. As a Principal Consultant at Government Performance Solutions (GPS), I collaborate with senior-level advisors on practical solutions to society\'s most challenging problems, using data analysis, research and development, and Lean Six Sigma tools.I have a strong background in materials science and engineering, with a master\'s degree from Colorado School of Mines and first author on three US patents. I am also an ASQ certified Six Sigma Black Belt and a P3 Advanced DAX Certified professional.
