   With 12 years in telecommunications, I’ve grown through the ranks to now lead engineering and product strategy for voice services across ILEC and CLEC services covering both Business and Consumer markets. I’m responsible for the voice network, core platforms, and the teams that support them — spanning VoIP engineering, network infrastructure, systems administration, and Tier II support.I work across the full stack of our voice platforms — Datacenter, equipment, network and voice platforms. From core design and implementation through to customer-facing support — with a focus on stability, scale, and transformation. I partner closely with IT, product, finance, and executive leadership to ensure alignment across operations, product innovation, and business performance.Most recently, I’ve helped guide our organization through a major divestiture, driving the technical separation of shared infrastructure and accelerating the rollout of a next-gen voice strategy.Key Responsibilities:• Lead voice engineering teams supporting ILEC and CLEC services• Guide the product roadmap for SIP trunking, Hosted UC, Bring Your Own Cloud, and Webex Calling across diverse geographies for both Business and Consumer products.• Oversee network design, resiliency, security, and systems infrastructure• Manage support operations through Tier II engineering and incident response• Develop capital plans and deliver on infrastructure projects • Coordinate with vendors and manage partnerships • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks • Support technical separation and strategic alignment during corporate divestiture
