By day, I’m Sarah, a Learning and Development Manager with 12 years of experience designing and scaling impactful educational programs in the private sector. My work is driven by a passion for data and user experience, with a focus on creating virtual learning environments that deliver measurable results and drive performance.With a background in aerospace, technical design, and development, I bring a blend of analytical thinking and a people-first mindset. I’m committed to reshaping how we learn, grow, and adapt in an ever-evolving landscape. I’m deeply connected to my clients and their stories, capturing their most meaningful moments through documentary-style photography. Whether I’m sailing in the Pacific Northwest or photographing couples, I’m always exploring new experiences. I’m also a PADI-certified diver and aspiring captain.
