   Plan, organize, and integrate cross-functional marketing projects to synchronize scope and impact within the Covetrus Consumer Marketing Team, as well as the larger Covetrus enterprise. Manage requirements, organize people and time, sequence tasks and schedules, and shepherd projects or initiatives through from inception to completion. Ensuring milestones are achieved and that all projects delivered meet the aligned objectives of the team and business. Assist with omni-channel resource management, capacity and allocation, facilitate problem resolution and oversee streamlined communication to team.Led the procurement, training, implementation and migration of the Consumer Marketing Team from two separate project management tools, to one streamlined platform, Asana. Simultaneously, oversaw the renovation and overhaul of the SmartPak marketing operations process to reduce inefficiencies, reflect growth and maximize productivity across the entire Consumer Marketing Team (still in-progress!).Additionally, I work cross-functionally to support critical aspects of the business, including trademarks, patents, fulfill & ship opportunities, legal & regulatory review, analyze resources for continued success opportunities, team integration and communication, etc.
