As the lead for philanthropy and high-value events at Fauna & Flora, I oversee the strategy, planning, and delivery of all major donor and stakeholder engagement activities globally. Acting as the organisation’s head of events function, I design experiences that deepen relationships, showcase impact, and inspire long-term giving to support conservation worldwide.Key achievements and responsibilities:• Develop and deliver the organisation’s global philanthropy events strategy, aligning event objectives with fundraising goals and donor journeys.• Lead on the creation of bespoke cultivation and stewardship events for high-net-worth individuals, corporate partners, and trusts & foundations.• Manage end-to-end event production — from concept and content design to execution and post-event stewardship — ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional guest experience.• Collaborate with senior leadership and the philanthropy team to identify opportunities for engagement, influence, and income growth.• Oversee event budgets, timelines, suppliers, and logistics, ensuring value for money and brand consistency.• Provide strategic advice and hands-on leadership across internal teams to embed best practice in donor engagement and event delivery.
