Leading a small team to design insight led People initiatives across the UK & I Division of Flutter, servicing a colleague base of 4500+. Reporting to the Head of People Experience, our team focuses on drawing connections from our People analytics to our business strategy, identifying opportunities where we can develop products which will add value to the employee lifecycle and enable a fairer shared experience across our UK & Ireland locations. Understanding and representing the voice of our colleagues, we as an Agile People Experience team adapt a test and learn approach to our work, validating our thinking and design to influence our People Strategy. Working closely with the wider People (People Partners) and People Experience team (Comms, Employer Brand, DE & I), we co-create an employee experience that meets the needs of our people but also our Leadership team\'s vision. Building communication plans and sharing colleague insight that will increase engagement in us as a Business.
