About Sarah Troup Geisenheimer
As Director of Community Engagement at the Mother Cabrini Health Foundation, I lead a team to engage with and listen deeply to vulnerable New Yorkers to bolster their health outcomes, eliminate barriers to care, and bridge gaps in health services. The Foundation – which is named in memory of a tireless advocate for immigrants, children, and the poor – provides flexible support for new and innovative approaches that enhance health and wellness across New York State. I was previously Vice President, Convenings & Networks at the Rockefeller Foundation where I led the team to advance RF\'s programmatic priorities through strategic convening, network engagement, and partnership development. This included programming convenings and residencies at the Bellagio Center in Italy.My previous experience includes serving as Senior Advisor to the Chancellor of the New York City Department of Education; Executive Director of The Fund for Public Schools; and Chief Operating Officer at 100Kin10, a high-performing network of more than 300 organizations across the country working together to improve STEM education.
