Sarah is a Government Relations Associate at Saildrone.She previously served with the House Committee on Homeland Security’s Subcommittee on Oversight, Investigations, and Accountability. Prior to becoming an RA, she gained valuable experience as a Lobbyist Aide at JohnsonPossKirby Government Relations; with S&S Strategies, a political consulting firm in Nashville, where she worked as a Scheduler; and through three internships on the Hill with two U.S. Representatives’ offices and the House Committee on Homeland Security\'s Border Security and Enforcement Subcommittee.While studying at Belmont University, she was deeply engaged in campus life. She served as President of the Belmont Pre-Law Society, founded and led the Alexander Hamilton Society and The Women’s Network, and was selected to serve on the Business Student Advisory Board. Additionally, she studied abroad at the University of St Andrews and participated in academic programs such as the Hoover Institution’s Summer Policy Bootcamp and the Fund for American Studies’ Liberty and Learning Fellowship. She was awarded Belmont University’s Fourth Year Hale Leadership Award and Third Year Writing Award, as well as the College of Business Global Citizen Award.
