I am an accomplished attorney and advise clients on matters involving all aspects of antitrust and competition law, including government investigations, merger reviews, litigation, and congressional inquiries. I regularly defend clients in matters brought by the US DOJ, FTC, state attorneys general, and Congress, such as cases involving allegations of algorithmic collusion, price fixing, group boycotts, information sharing, monopolization, supply chain disruption, and wage-fixing. I also have extensive experience counseling clients on compliance with the Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Act, including executive HSR filing requirements and optimizing time-to-file under the new HSR form. I\'m lucky to work with wonderful clients across a range of industries, including technology, finance, healthcare, biotechnology, real estate, agriculture, energy, and private equity.I am also committed to public service and maintain an extensive immigration pro bono practice. I pride myself on providing compassionate, trauma-informed counseling to my child and young-adult clients seeking asylum and/or special immigrant juvenile status. I also co-authored two amicus briefs challenging asylum policies at the U.S-Mexico border in 2020, and I am representing a large school district in connection with the Trump administration\'s recission of the protected areas policy.
