As the co-founder of Intend2Lead, I help cultivate a more conscious, evolved form of leadership. I am a CPA and a woman business owner who has her heart set on giving accountants permission to play. I envision a world where all leaders can access the Dimension of Possible: an elevated place where fear no longer drives us, and love reigns.

Our clients experience the benefit of engaged people who are excited to contribute their gifts. We help them do that in three primary ways-Leadership coaching-Group learning-Consulting with organizations to create coaching cultures
