She is passionate about serving clients end-to-end through empathy, design thinking, storytelling, and thoughtful leadership. One of the initiatives she cares most deeply about is advancing the responsible use of AI, along with equipping teams with the tools and training they need to scale AI in a way that’s not just effective, but truly ethical.She has been recognized for leadership in both academic and professional settings, including honors like Indiana University’s Onward! Curt Simic Scholarship for Leaders and serving as a lead within an LGBTQ+ employee resource group.Outside of work, you’ll probably find her lifting heavy things at the gym for fun or being lovingly bossed around by her cat, Pip. She is also a language enthusiast (RIP Duolingo owl). On a deeper note, she is passionate about raising awareness for TBI survivors, veteran PTSD-awareness, and those impacted by dementia — causes close to her heart as a traumatic brain injury survivor and the daughter of two U.S. Army veterans.Her long-term goal is to shape the future of responsible AI and digital innovation — advancing technologies that are beneficial and secure for the betterment of society.
