Provide steadfast administrative support that enables strategic focus and operational efficiency.Plan and execute monthly Townhall meetings, collaborating with stakeholders to finalise agendas and handle all logistical elements. Take a proactive role in department-wide communication, ensuring key updates and information are shared clearly and consistently. Lead the coordination of key industry events, including Cannes Lions and CES, managing schedules and travel for the Global CEO.• Oversight of a small admin team, comprising two Executive Assistants and one Team Assistant• Accurate and timely management of the Global CEO’s expenses• Support on high-level projects and ad hoc strategic initiatives as required• End-to-end planning and delivery of company-wide events such as the Summer Party, Team Building sessions, and Christmas Party• Organisation of the twice-yearly partnership summits, including venue sourcing, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination• Organisation of the annual company conference, ensuring seamless logistics and engagement from all participants• Foster a collaborative team environment through proactive engagement and reliable day-to-day support
