Dedicated to driving socially inclusive projects that achieve the best outcomes for communities.I believe that every built environment project has the power to share lives and strengthen communities. Over the course of my career, I\'ve worked with clients to look beyond technical and financial \'business as usual\' considerations, asking the bigger question: how will this make a real difference for people?My role is about making sure that social inclusion and equity aren\'t afterthoughts but built into the heart of planning and delivery. From engaging with local stakeholders to measuring social impact, I help organisations design projects that leave a legacy of opportunity, resilience and positive change. My work includes overseeing social impact and inclusion projects of all sizes across diverse sectors including housing and regeneration, transport, water and energy. I have led the development of social strategy - including an Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy and Gender Inclusion Report for a new cross-authority Mass Transit system, as well as social and equality impact assessments for several regeneration and transport projects in UK. I also support clients with the development of social and equality guidance and wider business change, having led the development of Inclusive Design Guidance for Streets and Public Realm for the City of Westminster and supported the development of the social dimension of Places for London\'s Sustainable Development Framework. I want to bridge the gap between infrastructure and community, ensuring that every decision contributes to fairer, stronger and more inclusive communities.
