Many of the self-starter roles I’ve had enabled me to tame chaos while remaining agile in ever-changing priorities and needs. I\'ve driven and helped managed business transformations (both cultural and operational) at firms as small as 400 to people. At Unisys I led company-wide KPIs and benchmarked metrics to measure financial and operational performance against an $81M budget. At a rapidly growing B2B SaaS start-up I scaled a Customer Success Department from 1 to 30 staff members and helped grow a client base from 100 to in 3 years. When I worked for a regional nonprofit, I oversaw a multi-stakeholder consortium where I increased sponsorship by 4% and expanded program offerings by 50% within 1 year. I hold a Business Administration degree with concentrations in Marketing/Communications and Systems Thinking and Design. I thrive on giving back to my local community by being an active volunteer with York County\'s Community Emergency Response Team.
