About Sarah Downs
In Spring of 2024 I graduated with Honors with a BS in Electrical Engineering and a minor in Chinese Language. I am currently pursuing a Master\'s degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Tulsa with a research focus on Robotic Manipulation and Grasping in zero gravity. My current research is with the TU Institute of Robotics and Autonomy. I want to continue to work in robotics specifically in aerospace or human centric applications, which have been the center of my education and internships for many years. In college I was the TU President and volunteered with several FIRST robotics teams to encourage more young students to love science and engineering. I am up for lots of traveling and am passionate about learning as much as I can through any job or experience.
