About Sarah Kline

Sarah has been practicing yoga since and was called to begin teaching after traveling to India in March 2020. Sarah weaves her integrated learnings from extensive studies in yoga philosophy, mantra, Vedic Astrology, and Ayurveda into her offerings. She completed her 300-hr teacher training through BIG Power Yoga in 2022. Her asana style is influenced by years of studying psychosomatic healing with Debbie Mills, alignment-based asana with Christina Sell and Sarah Montross, and creative vinyasa with Gioconda Parker. Sarah studies Sanskrit, meditation, and the Luminous Soul method with her primary teacher, Manoramā D\'Alvia in New York City. Sarah is also a petroleum engineer by training with 15 years operations and engineering experience in completions and major projects - mainly in deepwater Gulf of Mexico. Sarah especially enjoyed taking a big picture, multidisciplinary view of projects with the goal to optimize well design, operation and production. She has taken a break from the oil and gas industry to grow and manage a real estate investment business targeting small multi-family properties in Houston. This has allowed her the flexibility to spend more time with her family of 7, while teaching and deepening her yoga studies.
