I’m a Senior Business Consultant at HUB International, a relationship driven professional focused on making Employee Benefits easier. In this role I strive to solve individual and company wide problems; whether a member doesn\'t understand how a claim was paid or a company is looking for cost effective options I work to make that next step simple. With Healthcare Reform or industry is ever changing, I succeed only by staying as up to date on new regulations and rulings allowing you to focus on your own company. Before joining BCI Group, I worked as an Account Executive with Regence BCBS of Oregon. There I learned how the largest carrier in Oregon operates, the tools I learned at Regence will continue to support me and my clients in all future endeavors. While I enjoy many aspects of my job, I think being on the ground floor of reform, watching the laws and regulations come to life is real life history. Everyday a new aspect changes in the law that could affect hundreds of my clients. If I don\'t understand the how, the when and the why I\'m doing a disserve to the community. The excitement of evolution and the never ending thirst for answers is what truly gets me out of bed in the morning. I have a BS in Liberal Arts with a focus on Humanities.
