ABOUT SARAH DISBREY

I describe myself as a Change Sherpa: someone who partners with leaders to navigate the toughest transformation journeys, providing the clarity, confidence, and support needed to reach the summit together.That’s why I founded Tenzing Change — named after Tenzing Norgay, the legendary Sherpa who guided Sir Edmund Hillary to the summit of Mount Everest. Just as Tenzing enabled Hillary to achieve something extraordinary, my mission is to support leaders in achieving ambitious transformation goals, while ensuring their teams feel equipped, engaged, and ready to succeed.With over two decades of experience, I’ve guided organisations across retail, transport, financial services, public sector, charity, and FTSE-100 corporates through some of their most complex and business-critical programmes. My expertise spans global CRM rollouts, ERP transformations, operating model redesign, and multi-million-pound portfolio delivery.Most recently, I have been leading the global rollout of HubSpot CRM at Inizio (2024–present), driving adoption across multiple regions and business units through tailored change strategies, stakeholder engagement, and a global champion network. At Waitrose, I played a key role in a £100m+ ERP and master data transformation, and at Network Rail I helped deliver the award-winning trackside data collection programme that achieved critical regulatory compliance. My early career at Deloitte Consulting gave me a strong foundation in structured programme delivery, operating model design, and PMO governance, working on multi-million-pound transformations in the Telecoms, Media & Technology sector.I am PROSCI, APMG and PMP qualified, with a Six Sigma Black Belt, and I’m passionate about the people side of change — coaching leaders, building high-performing teams, and embedding sustainable behavioural change that delivers real business outcomes.
