About Sarah Dicorpo
I live in the \"both and\" and unexpected intersections. In my day job, I combine a knack for logic & numbers with a passion for people. I use data & analytics to inform the best business decisions for distribution partners, customers, & shareholders. I am continuously challenged by new business problems as well as opportunities to take on increasing responsibility & leadership. I feel most fulfilled by the work I do to create a more diverse, inclusive, equitable, & just work environment. I leverage my training from outside organizations to improve the culture & structures of my department & company. I trained with and work with a team at my church to create racial justice in that institution and its broader community. I am continuing my education with a focus in human sexuality, an area with a high need for more accessible information. I am excited to be formalizing my education on a topic that has always been a natural passion project. I look forward to expanding my educational services to additional settings over time.
