Also collaborate with national affiliates within the MENTOR National network to ensure progress, best practice, and improvement within the mentoring movement.• Certified Master Trainer of Mentoring Practices• Manage National Quality Mentoring System (NQMS) for the State of Vermont• Event planning to include the Annual Vermont Mentoring Symposium and programming for National Mentoring Month• Manage mentoring database systems, including VT Mentoring Resource Hub and Program Directory, Vermont Mentoring Database, and Technical Assistance request system• Nationally certified Technical Assistance Consultant for the youth mentoring field through the National Mentoring Resource Center• Research and implement new database for Vermont mentoring• Work with instructional designers and content experts to rollout an exclusive LMS to mentoring professionals and volunteer mentors, providing an extensive suite of asynchronous training modules and resources• Develop, faciliate, and deliver training on youth-centered topics, including Elements of Effective Best Practice within the mentoring field• Develop toolkits, manuals, and resources for Program Coordinators and mentors within the state of Vermont• Provide support and resources to Ambassadors of Mentoring• Social Media/ Communciations and Marketing• Lead DEI Committee and DEI State-Wide initiatives for youth in Vermont and the mentoring field
