ABOUT SARAH D. CEBALLOS
I am the first in my family with a terminal degree. The early stages of my career began in sales & and consisted of working in a variety of different types of corporate environments such as retail banking, telecommunications, and apparel. I routinely practice the latest trends pertaining to organizational communication & leadership through my scholarship. My research seeks to create healthy conversations about issues in the workplace, such as leadership preferences amongst age cohorts, impression management, and DEI (Diversity, Equity, and inclusion). As a woman and a Latina, it is my desire to lead by example. I have always believed in paying it forward, therefore, I truly enjoy teaching and helping others realize their true potential, in and out of a classroom. I endeavor to leave behind a legacy geared toward bettering humanity regardless of labels or constructs that hold us back or leave us feeling oppressed. Life is too short!
