I\'m a Manager with Deloitte\'s Organization Transformation team. With a background in communications and marketing, I bring a collaborative approach to my consulting work and enjoy finding ways to meaningfully engage my clients and their customers to create solutions that work for everyone. My consulting experience has primarily focused on organizational design and transformation, stakeholder engagement, change management and communications planning, and strategy and business planning.I\'m passionate about non-profit work and advocacy, particularly in the areas of human rights and social justice, and enjoy giving back to my community through my work with non-profit clients and as a volunteer. I currently serve as a UCalgary Senator, Chair the Senate\'s Honors Committee, and am the former Vice-Chair of the National Board for Amnesty International Canada (English Section). I am certified in Prosci’s Change Management methodology and hold a BA Honours in Communications from the University of Calgary.
