ABOUT SARAH ELISABETH CURI

I am a health care/health tech attorney / corporate generalist with over 20 years of experience working in-house in the health care industry for hospitals, providers, and researchers as well as other organizations in the health care sector. My practice is focused on a broad range of general counsel services, including regulatory compliance, risk management, commercial contracts, corporate governance, patient rights, and ethics. I am skilled at designing and leading staff training as well as mentoring new legal team members.I work closely with senior management, staff, and committees to set and achieve strategic goals. I have been recognized for my breadth of knowledge, curiosity, approachability, sense of humor, and ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.I am a resourceful, proactive, pragmatic, client-centered problem-solver. I have been on the faculty at Brandeis University since 2007; I teach legal studies and health policy courses. In 2023 and 2024, I returned to my alma mater, Wellesley, to teach constitutional law as well as public health. In 2019, I taught business law at Babson.I am a graduate of Wellesley College, Boston College Law School, and the Harvard School of Public Health.
