Have you struggled to find a way to design and remodel your home that doesn’t strip away its history and charm?Do you dream about what your house could look like with the right design? Are there elements of your house you love, but many more that are in need of an update?I hear you. Too often, I see spaces gutted as part of a remodel that sacrifices a home’s identity and history. The updates have no cohesion with the rest of the house. Sometimes, the process reveals environmental hazards that most contractors aren’t equipped to address. Coming across this far too often has set me on a mission to preserve and pay homage to the history and identity of our homes and neighborhoods in the Treasure Valley, using eco-friendly materials and smart growth principles to design vibrant, livable neighborhoods that build up what’s best about our community.Combining my experience working as a design consultant and project manager with my passion for history, livability, and sustainability, I help clients transform their current house into their dream home through intentional design and sustainable materials that preserves the character and heart of a home. In response to clients seeking my advice on buying, selling, and investing in real estate, I became a Realtor in 2014.
