ABOUT SARAH COURTEILLE

Since my youngest age I have always liked helping people, aiming the best and always meeting challenges. It seemed like a path traced out to study in the medical sector. After my bachelor’s degree I went in med school, such a great challenge! But was it really for me? Or just a way to surpass myself? The answer was: I had to show myself that I had the capabilities to do it … Being ambitious and wanting to give the best are still my leitmotivs but today I am in my real path: Management My 3 years in Management school taught me a lot of skills; working in teams, developing my critical analysis, marketing methods, finance technics and so many other knowledges such as languages. Indeed, I have chosen a reinforced language course because my objective is now to have a work experience abroad. During my Internship in a Humans Resources service, in a pharmaceutical industry I had the opportunity to work for a real structure and learn how a large industry is managed. I discovered the world of payroll, which I really enjoyed. This experience showed me that I am made to work in this field. All this is very academical, but student’s union are a big part of my student path. Indeed, I have been to the head of the IAE Lyon Junior Conseil communication for 2 years. Such a rewarding experience. Managing a team, creating an editorial line and most important learning to work with others, listening to different points of views in order to make a better work. My only ambition during my term: Make our Junior Enterprise as visible as possible. Today, fulfilled and motivated as ever I aspire to combine both fields, Management and health care. My ambition is to collaborate in a pharmaceutical industry in the Management team. You would tell me “yes but Management is so vague.”. Human Resources, Sales and finance are my predilection fields in Management. But I\'m still looking for the discovery of new aspects and new challenges. Looking for an Intern? Let’s connect!
