About Sarah Caitlin Martin
I’m a learning and development leader who cares deeply about designing training that works - for the business, and for the people doing the work.My role spans instructional design, program structure, and supporting the people who lead training: whether that’s coaching internal facilitators, working with subject matter experts, or partnering on leadership programs. I think a lot about how to make complex topics teachable, and how to help others do that with clarity and consistency.I believe strongly in making training more useful, more thoughtful, and more strategic, without losing sight of what it feels like to be on the other end of it. My background includes classroom teaching, curriculum design, and work at the intersection of change and learning.
