ABOUT SARAH HOLLAND MANN

I work as a trusted right-hand to founders, business owners and senior leaders - often on a fractional basis - supporting them at the point where everything starts to bottleneck.My role sits between executive support and operations. I help organise priorities, streamline communication and bring structure to decision-making, while making sure projects, stakeholders and commitments actually move forward.Over the past decade, I’ve worked inside growing businesses rather than advising from the outside - often stepping in when growth creates complexity and leaders find themselves pulled into everything.I’m at my best in environments where:• decisions need shaping• communication needs tightening• priorities need tracking• stakeholders need coordinating• and someone calm needs to hold the centreI’m comfortable working alongside founders, NEDs and investors, and understand what leaders need when a business is growing, evolving or entering a new phase.Above all, I aim to reduce cognitive load for the people I support - creating clarity, continuity and follow-through so they can focus on leading.I work with a small number of leaders on a retained, fractional basis, and am open to Senior EA, Executive Business Partner and Chief of Staff-style conversations where discretion, judgement and practical execution are valued.
